"Raw" syrup or  "koso" syrup in Japanese, is a delicious handmade approach to introducing raw enzymes into your current health and beauty rituals.  This rich syrup follows a natural fermentation process, extracting enzymes from seasonal fruits & vegetables, flowers and spices.  

A natural process of unheated fermentation between the fruit, sugar and its environment is converted to organic microorganisms (a.k.a. the good bacteria), results in a raw and very-much alive enzyme syrup.  >>>

Koso Syrup Starter Kit

Enzyme syrup-making workshops are held regularly, utilizing what's best in-season in Japan. Workshops for Summer and Fall 2020 Season has been cancelled due to COVID 19.
